If you needed childcare in the past 10 years, what childcare solutions (e.g., childcare center/nursery, nanny, family support, adjusted work schedule, etc.) did your family end up using? Are you satisfied with the availability of childcare options in your country of employment, why or why not?
Daycare and occasional babysitters. Yes, satisfied, although it is highly local. My university has a daycare on campus, and while we had to wait for a long time, it was great when we eventually had a spot.

long waiting times. I can imagine affordability being a major issue for many families.
