If you needed childcare in the past 10 years, what childcare solutions (e.g., childcare center/nursery, nanny, family support, adjusted work schedule, etc.) did your family end up using? Are you satisfied with the availability of childcare options in your country of employment, why or why not?
Nursery in the UK Options that start as early as 4 months are not that common in the UK. But it seems like demand is lower as well. It is quite expensive but it is very convenient (10 hours per day, no school holidays)

Reinstate employer subsidies. In the UK, it used to be possible to buy vouchers via salary sacrifice.
